What does B grade mean?

B Grade items are products returned from catalogue or online retailer. They are box opened products which may have been refurbished due to minor faults, missing accessories, damaged packaging or simply because a customer changed their mind.

All our products are fully tested and/or reconfigured before being sold by us.

As the items may have been out of the box for testing or re-packaging they may display minor cosmetic marks.

Cosmetic marks may be on the TV surround or stand but will not be on the screen (for ipods marks may be on the rear). Cosmetic marks should not be visible from a normal viewing distance I.E. about 3ft/1m.
