What happens if my product goes faulty?

We hope that you never have an issue with one of our products, however even the best electronic products occasionally develop a fault.

If this happens we will either repair the item free of charge or replace the item subject to stock.

If we are unable to repair or replace the item, we will offer you an alternative product of the same or higher spec and of the same price. If you wish you can pay extra to upgrade to a different model/manufacturer.
