What if i'm not happy with my product?

We hope you are happy with the item that you receive, however if for any reason you are unhappy with the product you have 7 working days from the date of receipt to contact us and report it (see Returns questions).

You can choose to have the item collected (if you originally paid for delivery) for a full refund or you can have a like for like exchange.
Exchanges are done on your doorstep (or another alternate address) on a date agreed by you and us.
