What if i'm not home when you try and deliver?

Our couriers will make 2 attempts to deliver your item. If they are unable to deliver the item they should leave a card with the local depots contact details and the consignment number on it. You can then call the courier directly and re-arrange a delivery.

After 2 attempts and no contact from you the courier will hold the item at the depot for 5 days before returning it to ourselves. If you wish a 3rd delivery attempt or to collect the item from the depot please contact us on 0161 688 1542.

If the item is received back we will attempt to contact you via phone or email to re-arrange a delivery. Please note - You may incur further delivery charges if the item is returned back to us.
